What are Devin and BlitzOS?
Devin is Cognition's agent. It plans and executes software tasks in its cloud environment, then returns work such as pull requests. Devin also has a local CLI, a desktop IDE, review tools, and team integrations.
BlitzOS is a browser cloud workspace. You drive a preinstalled coding agent through a real terminal or structured Claude and Codex chat. The ttyd and tmux session remains available after the browser closes.

Devin does not publish the dollar price of self-serve on-demand credits, an Enterprise ACU rate, or absolute quota sizes. BlitzOS has not announced pricing after Aug 31, 2026.

Cognition does not offer or document third-party coding agents as a Devin product feature. A user who takes over Devin's machine does have terminal access, so running another tool is not described here as impossible.
