BlitzOS terms of service

These terms govern use of BlitzOS, a browser cloud workspace for coding agents. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to follow them. The service is in beta and may change. Use it only if you can enter a binding agreement and accept the limits described below.

Who may use BlitzOS?

You must be able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your Google account, your workspace activity, and the credentials you use inside a workspace.

What use is not allowed?

Do not use BlitzOS to break the law, access systems without permission, distribute malware, interfere with the service, evade limits, or harm other people. Do not resell access unless BlitzOS agrees in writing.

Who owns code and other content?

You keep your rights in code and content you put in a workspace. You give BlitzOS only the permission needed to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to use that content.

When can access be limited?

BlitzOS may limit or suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or address a violation of these terms. Where practical, BlitzOS will provide notice.

What does beta mean for availability?

The service is provided as available. Bugs, interruptions, and data loss can occur. Keep independent copies of important work. To the extent allowed by law, BlitzOS disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

How can these terms change?

BlitzOS may update these terms as the product changes. The updated date on this page shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
